Increase the Prestige of Your University!
15 generations of students graduated from our University, and today we are able to support the principles that may be found beyond the proposed slogan: "Increase the Prestige of Your University with a view to enjoying your own prestige!" The aim of Alumni Graduates' Association of "1 Decembrie 1918" University, Alba Iulia, is to promote the continuous training, the personal, local and regional development of the relations between the University graduates, their relationship with the institution where their personality enhanced, and contact with its current students. Our community will stand as symbol for the values we were endowed with during our studies: respect for diversity, an open gate towards innovation, dynamism and voluntary spirit. We shall place not only the programmes for strengthening the students' relationships, but also our experience, abilities and creativity at the University's disposal with a view to promoting the reputation of the institution, supporting the continuous improvement of the state system of higher education in Alba Iulia, and entailing resources and partnerships by providing support for excellence and innovation. The association helps its students by setting up a framework that is necessary to stimulate competitiveness, ensure the annual performance awards, and encourage the professional training. Alumni Graduates' Association of "1 Decembrie 1918" University, Alba Iulia, will permanently pursue the identification of the social, scientific and economic opportunities that we all shall be able to place at our current students' disposal in future. Last, but not least, the years we all spent at the University represent our forming stage as specialists, but also the time when we bound friendships, that is to say relationships that we intend to perpetuate.
